🌸☀️ What a beautiful spring day for two outings!

This morning we enjoyed a relaxing visit to Abberton Reservoir, where everyone was treated to a delicious toasted teacake while watching the wonderful wildlife around the water. 🦢🍵

Later in the afternoon we meandered through the colourful displays at Fillpots Garden Centre, admiring the beautiful flowers and their glorious perfume in the air. 🌷🌼

Fresh air, lovely views and plenty of smiles all day long! 😊🌿

Yesterday evening we

Yesterday evening we had the pleasure of welcoming the wonderful Casual Crooners to the home 🎶

They visited each unit, filling the corridors with beautiful music and smiles. It was so lovely to see our residents joining in — and even better, more and more people appeared as the sound of singing travelled through the home! By the end, the crooners had a little parade of residents following them along for the next song.

A huge thank you to the singers for such a joyful evening — you truly made it special 💛🎤

This afternoon we ma

This afternoon we made the most of the beautiful sunshine and wrapped up warm for a little trip to Brightlingsea ☀️🌊

There’s something so calming about sitting by the water with a lovely cup of tea in hand, watching the world drift by. The sea air, the gentle breeze, and that peaceful view across the water made it the perfect afternoon escape.

John was in his element, carefully spotting the boats in the distance and telling us what he thought each one might be 🚤⛵ It’s the simple moments like these that bring the biggest smiles.

A refreshing, relaxing afternoon enjoyed by all 💙
