💜 What a heart-warming day! 💜

Our amazing bus driver Carl and wonderful nurse Kirsty truly went above and beyond on their day off, taking our lovely resident Malcolm to his granddaughter Lucy’s wedding.

Malcolm was absolutely chuffed to see Lucy on her special day, and Kirsty said she had a wonderful time too honoured to be part of such a special moment and touched by how much it meant to all the family.

How wonderful and what a beautiful bride! 💐
Congratulations to the new Mr & Mrs 💜

Today we paused to remember. To honour the courage, sacrifice and service of all those who have fought for our freedom and those who continue to serve today. 🌹

Some of us were proud to attend the memorial service in the city centre this morning, including our wonderful Mary, who turns 103 on Tuesday and once served in the ATS. What a truly special moment to share together. ❤️

For those who couldn’t attend, we gathered here at Alderwood to watch the service and laid our own wreath outside in quiet reflection.

We will remember them. 🌺
