Had the most beautiful day at Beth Chatto Gardens thanks to a wonderful initiative by St Helena Hospice, in collaboration with Beth Chatto and local care homes.
This project is all about helping people continue to enjoy the beauty of nature in their later years—a mission we at Alderwood Care Homes are incredibly passionate about too. We firmly believe that connecting with nature should be something everyone can experience, no matter their age or circumstances.
Today was full of peaceful walks, blooming gardens, and heartwarming conversations. A huge thank you to everyone involved in making this possible. It’s partnerships like these that create truly meaningful moments.

We have celebrated a few birthdays this week and what beautiful we have had as well. It’s been lovely to see family and friends come from near and far to join their loved ones. We also had the very entertaining Clayton, who performed for us all.
