🌞 We had another lovely day of sunshine here at the home! 🌼☀️

Residents made the most of the warm weather with some fresh air and gentle walks in the garden 🍃🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️—a perfect way to enjoy the outdoors.

Later in the afternoon, we cooled off with some refreshing cold drinks 🥤🧃 and listened to a bit of live music 🎶. A calm and easy-going end to a sunny day! 🌺🌤️

Had the most beautiful day at Beth Chatto Gardens thanks to a wonderful initiative by St Helena Hospice, in collaboration with Beth Chatto and local care homes.

This project is all about helping people continue to enjoy the beauty of nature in their later years—a mission we at Alderwood Care Homes are incredibly passionate about too. We firmly believe that connecting with nature should be something everyone can experience, no matter their age or circumstances.

Today was full of peaceful walks, blooming gardens, and heartwarming conversations. A huge thank you to everyone involved in making this possible. It’s partnerships like these that create truly meaningful moments.
